Welcome to Da’awatul Islamia of Somerset, the first approved Islamic place of worship in Franklin Township, Somerset County, NJ. Since its establishment in the mid-1990s, our masjid has grown into a vibrant, diverse, and welcoming community serving the spiritual, educational, and social needs of over 300 families from around the world.

At Daawatul Islamia, we are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. Our mission is to provide a space for prayer, personal growth, and community service while upholding the teachings of the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Our masjid is more than just a building; it is a home where hearts connect, friendships are built, and faith is strengthened. Whether you’re visiting for prayer, seeking knowledge, or looking for a supportive community, we welcome you with open arms.

We are in the process of building a new premises for our masjid in the same location. We look forward to having you join us and becoming a part of theDaawatul Islamia family.

Welcome to Da’awatul Islamia of Somerset. We are a non-profit, non-sectarian, non-political religious organization based in Somerset, NJ, USA.

The organization was founded in 1992 to serve the communities of Somerset and Middlesex counties to promote and propagate Islamic education by setting up Madrasa, adult education programs, organizing shows, seminars, fund raisers and exchange programs within and outside of the USA.

Also to encourage and foster unity, understanding and cooperation among its members and other Jamaats within the USA. We are a community of believers adhering to the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of prophet Mohammad (Peace and blessings be upon him).

We are a community of believers adhering to the Qur’an and the life traditions of Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him).

Located at 122 Churchill Ave., Somerset, NJ 08873, USA. Da’awatul Islamia of Somerset inc. is serving the Muslim Community living in the city of Somerset, NJ and neighboring cities.
